Our combined knowledge and expertise covers advice on service charge structure and management, budgeting, contractor procurement, health & safety, accountancy and surveying services. We are a one-stop shop covering all aspects of block and estate management.
Our support team service centre is located in London, with property managers deployed in offices across the UK in London, Leeds, Cambridge, Ipswich, Reading, Norwich, Plymouth and other areas.

Some customers have concerns about large property management companies with respect to them offering a faceless service, with no dedicated property manager or that it's difficult to get through to someone in authority.
We completely understand. Starting out as a small management service in 1999, Spacebond utilised a smaller staff and less resources and focused on customer relationships - rather than features - to grow our business. And, at that size, we were unusual being a sole property management company rather than a lettings agency that offered property management.
Whilst we have grown to being a national company, our growth has been organic, allowing us to add featured services without losing sight of customer service.

Communication
We know how important it is that communication in most cases it’s the number one reason why our clients get frustrated with their managing agents and that is why we therefore put the majority of our efforts into communicating with our clients regarding all matters.
Site Visits
We will carry out monthly (YES MONTHLY) site visits to inspect the grounds making sure the building (your asset) is being maintained to the highest levels possible.
Reporting
We have BESPOKE reporting maintenance software allowing repairs to be actioned same day.
